Product Description

2 cavities die casting molds with harden steel for automotive industry

Heat sink dies casting is one of our advantages in the Automotive industry for customers requiring pilot quantities or production pieces. Normally it is built by the family mold of being constructed with a family including both left-hand and right-hand side. The cavity/core steel selection is subject to the choice of desired quantities, from the range of P20, H-13 to Dievar. These kinds of mold can be extensively applied in the vehicle industry.

At Gennki group, one of the subsidiaries, providing the customers the turn-key solution from the concept to the real product, is committed to manufacturing the products for end-users efficiently. That signifies working closely with each of our customers, from concept, part design, design analysis prototype, and production fulfillment of injection molds/molding, aluminum die casting, stamping, and assembly.
We built our infrastructure to help you make better parts faster. With our main plants in China east, serving customers from the globe, you always have the capacity, technology, and expertise you need to get your job done right.

Die-casting is a casting method in which molten metal such as aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, and copper alloy is poured into precision molds under high pressure. This method is used for various products because of its ability to provide excellent dimensional accuracy, beautiful and smooth cast surfaces, and high productivity. It is said that automotive components account for a majority of all the die-cast products manufactured. In particular, aluminum alloy die-casting is frequently used in automotive components because it features higher electrical/thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and workability as well as a lighter weight and higher strength compared to zinc alloy die-casting, thereby achieving products with low cost and high recycling efficiency. Automotive applications include cylinder blocks, transmission cases, and rocker covers. Conventional die-cast products often contain gas, which makes heat treatment and welding difficult, so it is said that it is difficult to apply such products to the automotive undercarriage and body components. In recent years, however, special die-casting methods, such as laminar flow die-casting and high-vacuum die-casting, have led to the application of die-casting in more difficult products. Along with this trend, requirements for the functionality and quality of casting have also increased.
